Refund Policy
Talion Studio (hereinafter "the Company") has established this refund policy to define the conditions under which customers (hereinafter "the Customer" or "Customers") may exercise their right to return items purchased via the Company's website.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted this policy.
1. Right of withdrawal and return period
In accordance with current regulations, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and return an item which does not suit him.
The date of receipt is the one indicated by the carrier's tracking.
2. Return conditions
Returns are accepted subject to the following conditions:

Return shipping costs : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

Shipping method : Returns must be made via a carrier that provides a tracking number . The Company cannot be held responsible for any loss or non-receipt of the returned package.

Condition of items : Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed , in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Non-compliant items : any returned item that is damaged, soiled or shows signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

Final sale items : Items marked as final sale or final promotion are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
Returns must be sent to the address provided by the Company after validation of the request.
3. Return Procedure
Before returning any item, the Customer must contact customer service by email at the following address:
info@talionstudio.com
The Company will confirm the return arrangements and may, if necessary, request additional information (photos, information on the condition of the product).
Any return made without prior validation may be refused.
4. Reimbursement
After receiving and verifying the returned items, the Company will proceed with the refund within a maximum of fifteen (15) working days .
The refund will be issued via the payment method used for the purchase .
The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible subject to the availability of the items.
All exchange requests must also be made by contacting customer service at

The return shipping costs associated with an exchange remain the responsibility of the Customer.
6. Policy Update
The Company reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
The applicable version is the one in effect on the date of the order.
